             As with many other cancers, a key to surviving lung cancer is catching it in its earliest stages, when it is most treatable. For patients who have small, early-stage lung cancer, the cure rate can be as high as 80% to 90%. A low-dose spiral CT scan is a type of medical test. It is used to look for early signs of lung cancer. So, Future India Foundation with “MA Advanced Diagnostic & Research Centre” in year 2019 Conducted Free Cancer detection screening for 45 high risk smokers on World no tobacco day. Dr. Yasmin, DMHO, Guntur is chief guest. Dr.AVR, pulmonologist provided free consultation for 45 patients. Dr.IVL Narasimha rao, Psychiatrist provided counseling to stop smoking.
