Scientific hand wash techniques training

             Good hand washing is the first line of defense against the spread of many illnesses — from the common cold to more serious infections, such as meningitis, bronchiolitis, the flu, hepatitis A, and most types of infectious diarrhea. Don’t underestimate the power of hand washing! The few seconds you spend at the sink could save you trips to the doctor’s office.

             World Health Organization states that “Thousands of people die every day around the world from infections acquired while receiving health care. Hands are the main pathways of germ transmission during health care. Hand hygiene is therefore the most important measure to avoid the transmission of harmful germs and prevent health care-associated infections.”

             So, Future India Foundation with “MA Advanced Diagnostic &Research Centre”has conducted scientific hand washing program 15th october 2019 for 11 schools at a time simultaneously with team of volunteers from medicos. 8000 students educated about awareness & benefit of scientific hand washing steps & awareness created among 24000 family members & scientific hand washing posters pasted at lunch room & at hand washing site. To educate the parents about scientific hand washing posters issued to their home.
